Outlook has issue with removing additional shared mailboxes, user will see additional mailbox even if full permission is revoked, this bug might have been fixed with latest SP/RU but below is a quick fix.
Add-MailboxPermission -Identity sharedmailboxname -User username -AccessRights FullAccess -InheritanceType All -Automapping $false
Additional mailboxes will automatically disappear from outlook.
